H&M Mat Club periodically holds practice sessions for high school wrestlers in the St. Alban's School wrestling room. Our goal is to start preparing you for next season now through technique tutorials and live wrestling. We believe firmly in the concept that “iron sharpens iron” so we are going to do our best to gather quality wrestlers and coaches from all over the DC area. That said, all levels of wrestlers are welcome until we reach the room capacity of about 30 wrestlers and coaches.
