We will be hosting practices for youth and high school wrestlers in the winter of 2019-2020
Bring water, wrestling shoes, a willingness to learn and a work ethic! Practices can be fun but they are not recess!

- If you have questions or need wrestling shoes, please come early.
- If your son or daughter is interested in competing this winter, please let me and the other coaches know.

Two New Rules Are Now in Effect as of December 2017:
Coaches and parents from other clubs are prohibited from recruiting wrestlers away from H&M Mat Club.
-Any violation of this rule will result in that coach or parent being banned from our club.
If you want to offer a H&M Mat Club wrestler a better opportunity, please have the courtesy to inform Coach Long.

2019 MYWL Season Summary
Overall, H&M Mat Club wrestlers won a combined total 50 matches and lost 50. A perfect .500!
